Spiral Roll 2 is a game about a single satisfying action: shaving a long curl of wood off a block and then flinging it down the lane. You hold to start rolling, and while you hold, the roll keeps growing — a bigger spiral of gathered wood building up in front of you. Then you let go and the roll launches.

The lane is not clear. Saws and other obstacles sit along it, and the roll has to remove them on its way through. That turns the timing of your release into the whole decision: hold too briefly and the roll has nothing behind it, hold too long and you have spent lane you needed for the launch. Every level is a different arrangement of that same trade.
